I have a friend whose mother passed away a little over a year ago. Sometimes when he talks about her I just listen. Sometimes I ask questions. I know she must've been a really sweet woman to have raised such a caring son. But sometimes I worry about him. He always says things like 'I don't date' and stuff like that. But I feel like since his mom went away, that there's just no room in his heart for someone else. Like he won't make room.
Like he wants to be alone forever.
